Everyone will need to log in, review their policies, accept or decline each option available, and enter beneficiary information for the school paid life insurance. ALL EMPLOYEES MUST COMPLETE THE OPEN ENROLLMENT PROCESS THIS YEAR!http://www.mybenefitshub.com/hudsonisd Open enrollment ends on August 23, 2019; after this date your policies can not be cancelled or changed unless you experience a special enrollment event (marriage, divorce, birth, adoption, death, loss of coverage).

Please note our telemedicine benefit paid by the district is changing effective 9/1/2019. You will be receiving an email with instructions for 1.800MD on how to set-up your account once we are effective on the plan.
Not part of our open enrollment, but a potentially valuable money saving site is
mdsave.com. This service has deep negotiated discounts with providers for many services. Check out the website before you have a test or procedure to see if there may be a substantial amount of money to be saved by using their service.
Directors with employees that do not have a work computer, please make a copy of this email along with the log-in instructions and attachments, distribute to each member of your department, and post a copy in a visible area to ensure all employees are aware of the open enrollment process.
Again, everyone must log-in and go through the open enrollment process this year.
